Its a helmet made of a decent plastic with a thin layer of the plasti then a thin layer of foam on the inside. On the outside it will have a wrap of some type of fur, velvet, (variable soft material), etc.. This way when people who like to ride their bikes around all year have to put on their old cold helmet they can put on their fuz head instead.
