This idea was a finalist for Joe's What's Your Big Idea. This idea could be used to potentially find missing people and as a planet scanner. It would use signals that are all around us, as a personal tracker. It could be used to find rare animals, lost objects, and potentially as a life saver. Please choose this idea if like myself, you hate seeing missing person's poster's and know that there is potentially someone out there that could have found this person or saved their life.
